Angels Den operates in Singapore with the sole purpose of boosting the success of entrepreneurial start up businesses. We do this by helping get them funded. We work with Business Angels to introduce them to the best investment opportunities, as well as with entrepreneurs to get them investment ready and then in front of the Business Angels to pitch for funding.
How does it work?
Working with entrepreneurs and Angels across Asia, primarily in the following areas – , Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, out to New Zealand, Australia, India and the Philippines - Angels Den is in the perfect position to introduce you to the best start up investment opportunities in the region. We take time to get to know you, what your interests are, what sort of investments you have made in the past, what investments you would like to make, in terms of size, business sector, growth potential etc. Then we work with you to select relevant opportunities from our database of entrepreneurs seeking funding. With 10,000 entrepreneurs registered with Angels Den, there are bound to be a number of deals that match your investment criteria. Whether you are a seasoned pro in early stage investments, or whether you are a complete novice looking to make your first investment, we will work with you to make the whole process pain free and enjoyable.
SpeedFunding at The Standard Chartered Private Bank
Our first SpeedFunding event taking place in Singapore will be held on 23rd March at the offices of The Standard Chartered Private Bank, awarded "Outstanding Private Bank - Asia Pacific" in 2008 and 2009 and the official banking partner of Angels Den. Here you will join us for an evening of pitching and networking. 8 of the best entrepreneurs who we have worked with to get investment ready will pitch their business to you for equity funding. You will sit in one of their private rooms, and hear pitches on a one to one basis throughout the evening, for 3 or 4 minutes at a time. After this, you can gather your thoughts about those that are of interest to you, and chat further with them over a drink and canapes in a relaxed and informal setting. Our range of investments is usually in the $100k to $1m, though we do work outside of these parameters if the deal is exciting. This amazing service is currently free for our registered Business Angels.

Angels Den founder, Bill Morrow, and Commercial Director, Andrew Deane, will be in Singapore on 24th February and would be very happy to meet any entrepreneurs and Angels who would like to take part in our first event in Singapore on 23rd March.
